Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl - HTV
Our heat transfer vinyl works on both cotton and polyester fabrics. When applied to polyester, it offers excellent breathability. The vinyl we use is stretchable and durable, so you won’tworry about cracking, fading, or wrinkling.
We only accept files created in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format. Files from other software will not be accepted — please double-check before submitting.
HTV printed garments are made in unisex sizing and do not include tailored women's fit. Please confirm sizes before placing an order.
For HTV printing on sleeves, an additional NT$55 per side applies (maximum size: 10 x 10 cm).
For back prints, pricing is as follows:
- A5/A4 size area: +NT$140
- A3 size area: +NT$280A color variance of 15–20% is considered normal for HTV printing.
Please group all text and images in your design file to avoid missing elements when converting. We will not reprint if elements are lost due to improper file setup.
Color swatches may differ slightly due to monitor settings. Final product color will be based on actual materials. Please specify Pantone or color code when ordering.
Fabric batches may differ slightly in color due to different production times. Color variation is not a valid reason for return. If you're concerned about consistency, we recommend ordering extra garments for future use from the same batch before printing.
For sizes above XL (not including XL), an additional NT$20 per piece will be charged.
For fonts or strokes, please ensure line thickness is at least 0.2mm (0.57pt) to avoid issues like breakage or missing lines during printing.
If any item is misprinted or damaged, please return it within 10 days for a free reprint. No compensation will be provided for shipping costs, delays, or other losses. We cannot offer reprints or refunds if the item has already been further processed (e.g. sewn, packaged, or distributed).
If there is a pricing error, the final price listed on our official website will apply. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders if a quote was made in error.
