No setup fee and no minimum order required. 100% Polyester Fabric.
The dye goes straight into the fabric fibers — no rubbery feel, and the material stays breathable.
- The fabric used for sublimation needs to be light-colored — white is the best option.
Rich, vibrant colors with no limits — we can do gradients, shadows, and fine details.
As long as the item can handle heat (like fabric products such as T-shirts, hats, pillowcases, bags, etc.), we can sublimate it.
The prints are washable, resistant to fading, and have great colorfastness.
The design is first directly printed onto sublimation paper — at this stage, the ink is still slightly wet.
The printed paper is then run through a heat press, where high temperature turns the ink into gas, allowing it to bond with the fabric fibers.
Once transferred, the fabric (or other heat-resistant material) with the design is cut to shape.
The cut pieces are then processed, assembled, and packaged.
Final product is complete!
