Applique Patch

Applique Patch

When an embroidered patch uses two or more types of fabric, it’s called an appliqué patch. The process is more complex since the fabrics need to be cut and then attached during embroidery. It takes more time and steps to make.
Holographic Patch

Holographic Patch

Holographic fabric used in patches is not heat-resistant, so using soft glue to fix patches isn’t recommended. Holographic and Reflective materials come in many colors and are a favorite among designers for adding a modern edge to fabrics. You can also switch to different fabrics to create various effects, like holographic, denim, or velvet materials.
Puffy Patch

Puffy Patch

Adding different foam inside embroidered patches gives them a puffy, raised 3D effect. Puffy filling is often used for cute patches, but some brands also use it to create a dimensional look for their logos.
Printing Patch

Printing Patch

Printing Patch also called Sublimation Patch. it is use heat to turn ink into fabric. PIC 1: They’re usually made on embroidery base fabric, so the printed design looks like it’s stitched on (see dinosaur in pic 1).PIC 2: If the design has details that printing alone can’t capture, you can first embroider a base, then do a second step to perfectly print the sublimation design on top (see the drink in pic 2).PIC3.4: You can also print on regular fabrics (see train in pic 3 and magnifying glass dog in pic 4). Both methods look slightly different. Plus, sublimation is done at a high temperature—around 220°C—so the colors won’t fade or peel.
Sequin Patch

Sequin Patch
